Q5: How about the Packing?
A5:All exported goods are packed with wooden cases (IP20), other kinds of case are also avriable as requried.
 
Q6: How about the Delivery Time?
A6: In generally, it takes 7 days (not including Customized products) to produce the goods after deposit or L/C. 
 
Q7: What is your monthly output? 
A7: 6000pcs (products below 1KVA are not counted).
 
Q8: What is the MOQ?
A8: For the small capacity products (UPS/ Automatic Voltage Regulators /Stabilizers below 5KVA ) of the default configuration, it is 5 sets. For the big capacity products, it is 1 set.
 
Q9: How about the Delivery Terms?
A9: By sea or by air or by road, FOB ,CFR, CIF, etc. any is acceptable .Besides, some items can be sent by international express, such as DHL,TNT,UPS,EMS, Fedex, etc.
